On Saturday August 19, American Family Insurance and Big Brothers Big Sisters brought together 75 pairs of “Bigs” and “Littles” for a day of technology and the arts at the Fine Line Music Cafe in Minneapolis, in partnership with Mashable.
To inspire them to Dream Fearlessly when it comes to technology, Littles had a chance to learn to code, work on robots, produce a song, create a music video and 3D print. After an educational morning, the Bigs and Littles headed to lunch – where John Legend performed! After the performance, the One Saturday celebration began, where both Bigs and Littles had a dance party and ice cream social.
