If you haven’t been to the Spotify House yet, make sure to stop by - it's a good old fashion house party with tons of live music and famous Austin eats.
Mobile Tech and the Retail Revolution
11:00am at the Hyatt Regency Austin (Hill Country ABCD)
Developments in mobile technology have opened the door for brick-and-mortar retailers to reach shoppers in-store as they're glued to their devices. This session will highlight how retailers can incorporate mobile while building a better customer experience.
Content is King, But Expertise Rules
12:30pm at the Hyatt Regency Austin (Texas Ballroom 4-7)
Content dominates not just the advertising world but the entire online space. With so much room for brand participation, this session will look at how to create content drives a conversation with the audience and ultimately builds lasting relationships with consumers.
IBM and Twitter: The Future of Digital Engagement
3:30pm at the Radisson Town Lake (Riverside Ballroom)
Creating authentic social engagement is still an elusive goal for most companies and brands. This session will reflect on the evolution of social and digital engagement, and will look at how brands can share their story while strengthening the digital relationship with their audiences.
