A huge congratulations to our Volvo team: last night they won the award for “Best Branded Content led by Digital Channels” at the Festival of Media North America Awards, which honors the best in media work across the industry. They won for “Racing the Sun” – a campaign done in collaboration between Volvo, Mindshare, Grey, and CNN’s Courageous Studio.
This follows numerous other accolades for “Racing the Sun” in 2018, including the MMA’s SMARTIES Awards, the Digiday Video Awards, MediaPost’s Marketing Automotive Awards, and more. Launched last year during the big solar eclipse, this program was the most-watched live VR experience in history. You can read more about it here.
These wins also follow a slew of other recent wins for Mindshare, including taking home the Grand Prix at The Drum’s Digital Trading Awards USA and the MMA’s Mobile Agency of the Year at the SMARTIES Awards, among many others.
