We’re excited to announce the appointment of Jennifer Napolitano as Senior Partner, Director of Business Development! Napolitano will lead Mindshare NA’s new business team, driving business development and growth for the agency across North America. She reports to Colin Kinsella, CEO of Mindshare NA, and is based in New York.

Napolitano joins the agency from OMD, where she led all new business efforts across the U.S. She grew and transformed the agency’s business development department, driving numerous client wins such as Hasbro, Cigna, Walgreens, Luxottica, and Realogy. She was also part of the team that created OMD’s Oasis, a traveling activation that curates client experiences at industry events such as CES and Cannes.
Napolitano brings over 15 years of media industry experience to her role. Prior to OMD, she worked on the business development team at media agency MEC, and before that, in the international media distribution of Spanish language programming in conjunction with Televisa. She began her career as a print media buyer for SLG, Inc.
